Summer ’08 in Malta and Trinidad and Tobago
Tuesday, October 28th, 2008How does it feel when something that you have been planning for a long time finally materialises? You become so overwhelmed with the realisation that it is actually happening that it is difficult to believe it. Our elective was all planned out but everything happened very quickly. The plan was to go to two places in order to experience healthcare in two different settings around the world. Our choice was Malta for the first four weeks and then Trinidad &Tobago for another four weeks. Each country had something different to demonstrate to us and both attachments have been amazing learning experiences.
