For example, just getting Mycobacterium Tuberculosis infection is not sufficient to produce the clinical tuberculosis rather it menifests only when the patient's immunity is down.This in turn is determined by his nutritional and socioeconomical status.Thus so far to enhance or balance the socioeconomical status,social justice needs to be ensured which ultimately brings peace and prosperity. so i think the whole medical community should focuse in this area and the initiative of the medical peace work is an important cornerstone .
